What’s Included
Speed and Agility.
Move faster around the court or pitch. Loose defenders and break the attacking line. Keep attackers out of the game.
Strength and Power.
Gym sessions to improve strength and power. Give your body the foundations to be faster and more reactive in games.
Conditioning.
Sessions to provide the fitness foundations. Then sessions to push the limits of your body and keep ahead in the game.
Recovery.
Adapt to the training stimulus to improve. Make sure your body is ready for the next game.
