ONE TO ONE TRAINING

OPTIONS

One to One training is a weekly service, you not only paying for coaching sessions but information and coaching throughout the week.

FAST coaches will answer any questions at anytime you ask them*

One to One Training requires a 4 week commitment.

This is a training block that gives you time to reach your goal

ALPHA

180 min of coaching per week across 2-3sessions. Comprehensive analysis of your movement, nutrition, and lifestyle.

Free sit down discussion and plan how to reach your goal. Multiple sessions allows individual sessions to be dedicated to a specific outcome.

In session hydration.

BETA

120 min of coaching per week across 2sessions.

Full analysis of your movement, nutrition, and lifestyle.

Meeting to discuss and plan how to reach your goal.

In session hydration..

GAMMA

1 session of 60 min of coaching per week.

Analysis of your movement, nutrition, and lifestyle.

Discussion and plan how to reach your goal included.

In session hydration.

REMEMBER

All sessions take place outdoors in ALL ELEMENTS.

Be prepared for mud making its way onto your clothing and body.

FAST Coaches will provide bowls of warm water to wash yourself down at the end of the session.
